Plant Maintenance Mechanic

-Performs assigned preventive and scheduled maintenance tasks on plant equipment and machinery.
-Troubleshoots, repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, ect.
-Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex mechanical equipment.
-Mechanical systems: Maintenance and repairs to pumps, air compressors, water heaters, and rollup doors.
-Electrical systems: Maintenance and repairs to motor controllers, panel boards, lights, transformers.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum of 5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience required.
-High speed production/packaging/manufacturing environment preferred
-Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyers, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and packaging equipment.
-Familiarity with food safety, food process equipment and regulations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
