A well funded online social learning platform start-up is looking for a Sr. Visual Designer with 5
years of experience.
This person will be responsible for the development of innovative navigation systems, interface designs, typography, and screen layouts for software, applications on both the web and its access points (responsive design), and native mobile devices. You'll provide leadership and execution across the product, including all aspects of digital UI and brand experience. You will take a hands-on role in leading ideation with team members, advocating for creative excellence and design quality, providing art direction to junior designers, and working within a multidisciplinary team to implement design solutions.
This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity. Working remotely once a week is an option.
SKILLS
Ability to design for web/mobile/brand
Adobe CS Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Working knowledge of HTML, understanding how comps translate to code, and the ability to use prototyping tools to convey design intent
