Position Information: 10 months a year, 32 hours a week
Location: BOAS Soccer and Tennis Facility
General Information:
This position is responsible for the overall organization and management of the Boas Tennis and Soccer Facility and is the sport secretary for Men's and Women's Tennis and Soccer.
This position shall have working knowledge and understanding of all NCAA rules and regulations regarding compliance issues. Any violation of a conference or NCAA regulation, as well as those policies of the university, could cause dismissal of a participant or staff member as well as create negative publicity and/or conference or NCAA standings to the program and institution.
Responsibilities May Include:
Process tennis memberships annually; organize and maximize the court usage between tennis teams, members and group bookings.
Reconcile, balance, and deposit cash daily.
Address member issues and concerns.
Cover front desk from 9am to 3 pm Monday through Friday.
Hire, train, schedule, and manage student staff.
Prepare and process various forms for Men's and Women's Tennis and Soccer.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of office support functions including word processing, filing, composing a variety of business documents, reception, gathering and compiling data, and balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects.
