Team Leader will be answerable to execute the daily services in the organization. The right candidate will provide supervision and support to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) working in these settings. The Team Leader will act as a mentor, teacher, and help to people with Intellectual and other types of Developmental Disabilities, to support them to live, learn, and work successfully as an active part of their communities. This individual will direct the operation for the service locations assigned, and work to assure that the services provided fulfill the expectations of the person served and the governing oversight requirements.
