Job Description:
Under limited supervision, processes incoming calls. Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone) of a moderately complex nature. Tasks require some judgment. Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and two to four years experience. Longevity at former company is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Top must haves:
-Must have Call center experience(60 to 100 calls daily)
-Professional and clear telephone etiquette
-Must speak English
