24X7 monitoring and support of our performance management system, T-PIM. Position requires monitoring/troubleshooting of network performance data collection, processing and transformation for more than 70 technologies.
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
2
years working in a unix operations environment.
Strong unix background
Experience troubleshooting data processing issues, ETL jobs.
SQL, ability to write and understand Oracle SQL queries.
Experience with performance network management data.
Military experience and/or a BA in telecommunications or technology
Computer literacy
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
The flexibility to work alternating shifts and weekends
Outstanding communication skills
A knack for grace under pressure
