To generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. Must promote and support all aspects of the branded HGVC culture. The Sr. Sales Manager manages the sales line through directing, guiding, training and management methods, including: facilitating, coaching, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Will conduct regular department meetings to inform on and inspire performance. Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGVC standards of integrity, quality and service to customers. May assume a higher level of responsibility and decision making for the department when Senior Director of Sales is not present.

Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5 years of progressive experience within Sales
2 or more years of experience in a supervisory role
3 years of customer services experience within the hospitality industry
Must have valid Hawaii Real Estate License or have the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and coach others
Preferred
Qualifications:
2 year Associates Degree
5 years of progressive experience within Timeshare Sales
2 years of managerial experience
Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate a large team
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
