Job Description
Quad Transportation Services, a division of Quad/Graphics is seeking a successful part-time Data Collection Coordinator who will be responsible for receiving, processing and follow through on the data entry of monthly retail inserts and newsstand titles. This customer oriented self-starter will be responsible for trouble shooting and reporting of service delays whether production or transportation related
Qualifications
Successful candidate is responsible for receiving, processing and follow through of monthly newsstand titles. In addition, a customer service representative is responsible for trouble shooting and reporting of service delays whether production or transportation related. Qualified candidate must be able to facilitate multiple tasks while prioritizing each effectively, be detailed orientated, self motivated, organized and work well on own in order to meet deadlines. Experience with Windows environment and Microsoft Office Applications isrequired. Successful candidate must have excellent problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in basic math application. Must be able to thrive in a fast paced team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
