The Domestic Sales Manager will coordinate and direct the actions of the Regional Sales Managers in the performance of their duties. Concentrates on data collection and analysis of sales-related information and statistics in order to accurately and effectively plan sales interactions. Produces proactive action plans to increase brand awareness of the company's products in the markets. Manages and directs Senior Regional Managers in a manner that creates strong lines of communication from the field to senior management.

Job Duties:
Drives activities of Regional Sales Managers in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all the company's products.
Assists the Regional Sales Managers in managing the company's OEM marketing initiative including: lead generation and data discovery, qualification and targeting, and deal structure and closing.
Provides high expectation inspiration leadership for a sales team to achieve revenue, market-share and margin incentives.
Monitor on a continual basis (weekly) sales data. Communicates the trends and issues pertaining to sales / marketing initiatives to the executive team.
Defines and communicates the sales objectives and goals to executive and sales team.
Directs and assigns Regional Sales Managers to consistently be on the road in order to keep the company's brand in the awareness of all venues.
Disseminates information to the field ensuring all product knowledge, initiatives and trends are up-to-date.
Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships with managers and representatives ensuring open streams of communication.
Coordinates and plans company Sales training events.
Coordinate trade show activity: including selection of prominent trade show events, determining trade show ROI, planning and execution of company trade shows, supporting distributor trade show activity, etc.
Assists other company departments in the product development process with target market feedback, and market, trend and product feature analysis.
Communicate with all levels of company personnel.
Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
Performs other duties as required.
Adhere to company Ethics and Environmental Programs, State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs and adhere to ISO 9001 Standards.



Qualifications/Skills Required:
A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or the equivalent combination of education and
Experience: Engineering concentration a plus.
5 years of proven outside sales experience. Familiarly with material handling conveyors, motors, bearings and industrial / technical products will be a good fit.
Experience in a company that manufactures and markets technical products through a variety of channels.
Attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and generate positive results.
Must possess excellent computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
