Two partner companies. The construction company owns and builds new Townhomes, Condominiums & $1M
Custom Homes in Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, Broad Ripple and Fishers. These properties are marketed & listed for sale and for lease by the real estate company.
The co-op between the two companies allows for a great deal of growth in this position.
Your main duties will consist of marketing all of our properties and services while acting as the initial point of contact for clients.
Be proactive! Use your experience and creativity to find what works best! There will be performance incentives.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills a people person
Entrepreneurial spirit
Business development skills

College level education preferred but notmandatory
High degree of professionalism/ability to interact with diverse groups to achieve results
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet changing deadlinesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
