Prestigious Firm is seeking a Microsoft Application Developer who is strong in .NET and SSRS. The Applications Developer collaborates with the Applications team, management and users to analyze and specify system requirements leading to the creation of detailed functional, system and program specifications. Work employs structured design methodologies and supporting user interfaces and database-oriented applications.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of detailed functional, system and program specifications using structured design methodologies. Develop web-based applications using MS technologies and tools. Work with the Application and DBA Team to develop, test, and implement Server Side SQL stored procedures and triggers. Develop detailed specifications based on business requirements. Implement detailed design requirements and perform initial QA testing. Analyze end-user requirements and recommend cost effective solutions. Interact with other departments to complete projects on time and within budget. Report project/task status to Business Systems Manager on a weekly basis (at minimum). Other tasks may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university Three plus years of web-based development experience with B2B and B2C applications; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three plus years experience with implementing solutions, working knowledge and understanding of relational database technologies and database management systems using MS SQL (2005-2012), SQL Development - SQL code (stored procedures, functions, table, views, triggers, indexes, constraints)

Strong communication skills, project management skills and problem solving skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
