Job Description
Eaton's Residential and Wiring Devices division is currently seeking an international customer service representative to join the team in Peachtree City, Georgia.
The incumbent must be bilingual in Spanish.
Summary of Position
The incumbent to this position for a given area and/or business segment in the international market, is the first line contact for outside sales force, agents, distributors, contractors and end users.
Principal Accountabilities
o Answering incoming calls and e-mails from Global customers and Sales Reps.
o Document preparation and Expediting of existing Export orders.
o Working on issues that streamline the Supply Chain for Order Fulfillment.
o Perform customer service functions such as assisting customers with status and expediting of orders and customer order related issues: eg. Status, changes, cancellations and deviations.
o Pro-actively seek cost effective solutions to meeting customer needs.
o Assist in resolving issues concerning, but not limited to: Short shipments, miss-shipments, freight adjustments and expediting past due orders; and assist the service department in issuing warranty replacement orders and the shipping department in issuing freight claim replacement orders.
o Act as liaison between departments in communicating and disseminating all relevant information, technical assistance, changes and updates pertaining to customer needs.
o Plan shipments and work with warehouse to resolve any logistics issues related to accounts.
o Communicate to export sales or the customer when necessary.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Bachelor degree from an accredited institution
Must be able to speak fluent Spanish
Minimum 2 years of International Customer Service experience preferred
Knowledge of International Trade Practices
Candidate must live within a 50 mile radius of position location.
