The Supply Chain Compliance Senior Specialist executes the strategic vision, transition, and review, related to compliance policies and procedures in support of Supply Chain Management activities worldwide. Includes reporting responsibilities to internal and external customers related to compliance and audit support. Is responsible for addressing operational needs and for ensuring and maintaining a fully compliant, and US government-approved procurement system. Monitors, develops and delivers effective operational policies and procedures. Provides guidance to the Supply Chain community and focuses on continuous improvement of global systems. Additionally, serves as a liaison for US governmental agencies, possibly including FAA, FAR, Sarbanes Oxley, DCMA, DCAA and other audit agencies and customers as required. Identified as a primary resource for SCM personnel to assist in assessing and evaluating any changes to determine the impact on the current systems. Additionally, recommends required procedural changes to correct identified deficiencies. Acts as an ethical model for SCM on compliance issues related to conflicts of interest and business risk assessment. Uses ACE tools and processes to establish, improve, and/or implement standard work and procedures. The candidate will specifically be responsible for the reviewing of SCM transaction documentation,identifying training/process deficiencies while recommending improvements in SCM standard work in addition to focusing on certified cost or pricing data and price analysis. In addition this associate will be responsible for the following: Manage/administer QMS deployment of SCM eProcurement Manual and site forms. Lead or support internal and external audits, from preparation to out-briefings. Review and approve long term agreements and purchase transaction within designated systems. As assigned, develop or represent the SCM positions on major initiatives such as One Company and JDE to SAP procurement systems transition. Lead record retention program to improve current state. Provide expertise in CPSR preparation and assist the Company in meeting government requirements in the DCMA review. Review SCM transaction documentations for LTA's, Spot Buys, and IWA's thus making recommendations for training and process improvements specific to meeting CPSR requirements. Lead the articulation of monthly updates regarding critical data to the compliance manager and team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
