The Property Manager, under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, will offer excellent customer service and coordinate all aspects of apartment community operations. It is the responsibility of the Property Manager to Provide a quality living environment for residents and positive work environment for group members. This individual will be accountable for Accomplishing financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. The person will establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
