The Process Control worker will be responsible for monitoring and responding to established control points throughout their assigned process areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
1. Perform audits to monitor established control point (i.e. machine performance, quality).
2. Communicate real time results, as well as alarms, to processing support on the floor.
3. Respond to alarms set off by USDA or Evisceration workers for new supplies or issues.
4. Input collected data into reporting format that can be utilized by leadership, counterparts and team members to monitor real time results.
5. Clean floors as needed.
6. Handle all condemned barrels following appropriate expectations and guideline.
7. Set up and spray down processing area.
8. Review Infinity Data and respond to signals with specific actions to support compliance with specifications.
9. Assist in production reporting that supports continuous improvement.
10. Perform other duties as assigned-i.e. break coverage, check supplies, collect knives, etc.

4. Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices, and enforces safety work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Ability to motivate and influence others.
Ability to read and write English (for record keeping purposes).
Ability to collaborate with others in cross-functional teams.
Ability to think for oneself and apply common sense when needed.
Ability to be observant and multitask.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
Knowledge of Infinity with MS Office, PowerPoint, Exel, Word, Nuova, and/or sincerely willing to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Passion for continuous improvement.
Six months to one year GNP experience preferred.
Basic data entry skills preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
