This position is part of our Customer Support group in our Technical Support Center. Collecting and tracking information and details of the problem
Troubleshoot and resolve basic support problems
Successfully interact through phone and email with customers as you solve their problems
Dedication to the success and satisfaction of our customers
The ability to learn and understand iCIMS products
Experience with Windows/Mac OS
Knowledge of Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-browser based technologies.
Must be in school studying or have experience in computer software, hardware or IT based technology
Candidates should have strong organizational skills
Candidates should also possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate status to clientsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
