Master level preferred, BA in management, communications, marketing or related field, preferred additional training in philanthropy and development, human relations and psychology, organizational development and finance; 5 Years progressively more responsible development experience with proven achievement in donor relations and community partnerships; well developed skills in prospect cultivation and solicitation. Professional skills and accomplishments in planning, financial management, personnel management, volunteer management and fundraising program management; Ability to integrate development and communications theory and practice. Demonstrated competence in recruitment and motivation of volunteer leadership. Knowledge of community issues, organizations and resources. Demonstrated ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. Commitment to working in a mission-driven organization. Outstanding communication skills.
