Maintenance Management
We have an opening for Maintenance Management. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Cole's Quality Foods. Inc. North Liberty Iowa team. Successful candidate will manage the overall performance and staff of the Maintenance Department. Insure that critical equipment, facilities and utilities are maintained to the highest compliant standards. Manage budgets related to equipment, utility, and facility upkeep/improvement. Provide technical expertise on all facility and production equipment throughout the assigned facilities. Meet goals and expectations. Ensure facility standards are maintained in all aspects of food safety, legality and quality. Responsible for following all policies and procedures in place in the facilities daily operations including but not limited to: Plant Security, PM scheduling including a review of breakdowns to determine if a PM would have prevented the occurrence, purchase of equipment, clearance of procedures, preservation of records and staff training and development. Maintains and demands safe working conditions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (or G.E.D.) and preferably a trade school diploma with 10 years experience in food plant maintenance management or similar position, preferable in the baking industry. Basic understanding of electrical, heating/cooling, ventilation welding, process piping and building plumbing systems including safety codes and applicable governing regulations.
Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally with interpersonal relations skills for effective directing and counseling of subordinates. Flexible and able to handle multiple areas of job duties on a daily basis with the ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
