ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following with other duties which may be assigned as required.
Interfaces with providers of outside services via telephone, fax, and e-mail to identify priorities and critical expedite orders.
Prepares and processes all PO's for Outside Service providers.
Prepares and issues all secondary processes in response to incoming customer demand.
Runs Purchase Order Requirements / Generations (PORG)
Performs purchase order review as necessary for new items
Orders and tracks all tooling and maintenance PO's
Serves as a backup for the shipping leader regarding data entry
Updates all purchasing related KPI charts monthly (Key Performance Indicators)
Performs other duties as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
