The successful candidate will be a key leader in the maintenance and reliability management team and will be responsible for overall plant utilities performance. He or she will apply their knowledge and experience to ensure continuous improvement to optimize the company's physical assets and maintenance/reliability strategies in a large processing facility. BS Degree required
Principal Accountabilities
40% - Oversee operation of the ammonia refrigeration system, steam generation and distribution, compressed air system, potable water system, and other associated activities
20% - Provide direction, coaching and training to team members as part of an overall engagement process; works with supervisors and technicians regarding operational goals, directives, training and development needs. Ensures compliance of all company policies and procedures.
10% - Involved in the facility maintenance budget process and is responsible for using maintenance and reliability principles to improve the facility costs and productivity
10% - Serve as an active member of the plant Process Safety Management and energy teams and Hazmat team
10% - Compliance with all food safety, worker safety, and environmental regulations and policies
5% - Effective management of departmental expense and capital budgets, including scope and schedule
5% - Interact with other departments to ensure asset health and availability for productionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
