Unit Description Sodexo campus service is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 for a busy Community College location that is growing all the time. College of Dupage is a 2 year community college located in beautiful Glen Ellyn, IL . The successful candidate will manage Retail unit with franchise venues including Subway, Chick Fil A, Einsteins and Starbucks. This position will require knowledge in: Day to Day operations for both front and back of the house, Scheduling and Staffing, Catering, Ordering and Inventory, Labor and Food Control, helping maintain franchise requirements, along with a strong knowledge of Safety and record keeping. Candidate must be a strong and organized leader. Seeking someone that is positive and has a friendly attitude as there will be interaction with Client as well as Faculty, Staff and Students.
