Palmetto Marketing is currently in need of an experienced In House Sales Executive/Representative for the Melbourne/Indian Harbour Beach, FL area. This opportunity provides flexibility and growth with a terrific company at a beautiful, oceanfront resort.
This position is paid on commission. For the first 60 days the Sales Executive will receive a generous base training pay. The commission structure is very aggressive with no ceiling on earnings potential.
This position will move quickly and interviews will happen immediately.
Requirements:
- Must have an active FL Real Estate License
- Proven self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt quickly, multitask and perform to minimum standards/budget
- Prior sales experience with proven results, preferably with a history of achieving award winning sales titles
- Timeshare sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal oriented
Additional
Responsibilities:
- This position requires a work week consisting of approximately 40 hours with flexibility for potential weekends and/or holidays
- Build and maintain a customer/owner base
- Provide continuous support and service to owners
- Generate leads and appointments
- Facilitate sales presentations
- Work closely with resort staff to coordinate and host weekly events
- Provide weekly reports
- Participate in monthly coaching/training sessions
- Meet and/or exceed monthly budget
- Create and distribute marketing materials

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
