Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in any technical engineering discipline. A graduate degree or MBA and/or a PE license are a plus
-5
years of experience in a combination of the following disciplines: Facilities Engineering, Infrastructure/Utilities, laboratory design, EHS and/or R&D pilot plant systems
-3
years of direct project management experience
-Project Management experience in leading capital investments, including the ability to conduct cost estimations and cost effectiveness analysis is required
-Experience with HVAC, boiler and chiller systems, building automation systems and power distribution systems
-Experience managing External Engineering Firms & Contractors
-Excellent leadership skills combined with superior interpersonal, communication, influencing & impact and conflict / problem resolution competencies
-Must have strong influencing skills
-Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% both domestically and globallyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
