Summary: Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering Degree Prior experience and knowledge in the design and operation in some or all of the following types of facilities required: Primary steel making facilities Coating and finishing facilities Tube making facilities Balance of plant support Provide leadership for the front end design of these facilities Oversee and guide the detailed design for the facilities working with the technical team Assist in the development of proposals, scopes, cost estimates and schedules Knowledgeable of the OEM supply chain and their deliverables OSHA 10/30 hour Construction Certificate preferred (Incumbent must be OSHA Construction Certified Primary duties and
Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership for the engineering, design and installation of metals manufacturing, and steel tube mill manufacturing operations. Work closely with client project manager(s) for the design and construction of the facilities Travel to client facilities for gathers of initial proposal information, actual project data, review meetings, construction support and commissioning. Knowledge, skills and abilities: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Degree Machine design aptitude Developing specifications and construction contract documents Utilize good mechanical engineering practEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
