Our Food Service Retail Manager will supervise 30
frontline employees and will manage six retail units including a mix of nationally branded and Sodexo branded concepts. Responsibilities include cash management, the use of the POS system, adherence to operational and sanitation systems, and unit closing procedures. The position will require flexibility of work schedule. This position will manage in a strong team centered environment. The ideal candidate will have: Prior retail food service experience in a management/supervisory role with either in-house or nationally branded Food retail concepts from chain restaurant retail, College/University retail or other high volume food retail environments Ability to use systems for ordering/inventory, scheduling, payroll, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and POS systems including cash handling. Strong focus on creating a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service skills. Ability to market and merchandise to provide customers with inviting options while identifying process improvements for increasingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
