Prestigious Fortune 500 Company is currently seeking a Microsoft Business Intelligence Architect. Candidate will lead the effort to develop and support the Global Data Warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the BI team (employees & contractors) to meet project objectives and deliver impacting business analytics
Direct project teams including both IT and business teams through efforts to define complex business requirements
Excellent communication skills to enable effective communication to all levels of the organization C-level to financial analyst
Superior business acumen to understand business functions and processes while translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Develop strategic plans for the long-term Data Warehouse roadmap
Design, test and implement reporting solutions using SSRS to meet the needs of the business
Daily management of the IT BI Team
Daily project management of the extended business teams involved with the BI projects
Monthly communications with BU CFO's
Weekly communication with BU sales and finance teams
Daily lead IT contractors
As needed select 3rd party software vendors and coordinate their deliverables
Direct Reports: management of assigned functions & responsibilities. Frequency of all relationships is weekly.
Qualifications:

years of SQL development experience BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field required 3
years of managing data warehouse/BI environments 3
years of experience with ETL from transactional ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE or similar) 5
years of project management experience 3
years of experience with T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, & SSAS Experience with PowerView, PowerPivot, SharePoint Experience with SQL Server Tabular Model Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing financial reporting solutionsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
