Currently, they are looking to add a POS Administrator to their team.
Responsibilities:
This POS Administrator's responsibilities will include working with the retail systems technical support and Help Desk calls, monitoring system polling between WinDSS and the host systems, monitoring the processing of credit cards into the end processor and central Credit Switch and configuring, deploying and supporting various systems in stores such as the Servers, registers, printers and wireless access points. Also, this POS Administrator will collaborate with others on the development and implementation of enhancements to the store systems. A qualified candidate will need to possess the ability to effectively work in high-pressure environments as well as exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree 3
years of Help Desk experience Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with Windows OS & Office applications, personal computers and network technologies - Active Directory, LAN and WAN Understanding and experience working with retail systems, specifically JDA/WinDSS Availability to provide Help Desk support after hours when necessary
