The qualified candidate will support a Government Technical Executive office, working in a dynamic, collaborative environment of Government and multiple SETA contractors. The successful candidate will provide unique technical expertise relative to GEOINT analysis systems or services, or the acquisition and systems engineering of those analytic services. Work products will include formal documents, briefing charts/presentations, white papers, correspondence, and meeting minutes. The successful candidate must be able to engage across organizations, formulate their own work goals and objectives from broad guidance and be willing to rapidly adapt their plans to changing guidance.

Responsibilities:
Direct support / staff officer support to Government staff
Provide unique GEOINT analysis, GEOINT Analytics Services, or Acquisition Planning Subject matter expertise to support the Government lead across Portfolio initiatives
Engage across teams/organizations on high priority initiatives, identifying and reaching out to key stakeholders for coordination and input
Participate in pre-acquisition and Readiness activities as a user representative, to support successful development and deployment of future analytical solutions
Rapidly and accurately review documentation, develop input and recommendations, as well as consolidate and assess others' input for any potential issues
Independently research high priority topics for Government lead, providing greater fidelity of insight and coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders for synchronization across organizations
Actively participate in meetings, synthesizing concepts and capturing in briefings, white papers, and/or meeting minutes
Develop briefing materials for senior leadership, ensuring input is consistent with program funding and acquisition status
Conduct long range planning , action item execution and tracking, as required
Provide input, review, and comment on Requests for Change (RFCs), as required
TO QUALIFY CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE/IN-HAND TS-SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE (Poly eligible)
Bachelor's Degree in System's Engineering, Engineering, Physical Science or relevant field

years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community/DoD
15
years of experience in GEOINT analysis; or Systems Engineering of GEOINT systems and services (analytical systems or services preferred); or Program management with pre-acquisition activities; or any combination of the three
Demonstrated experience as staff officer, or equivalent
Experience working cross Agency projects or programs enabling sharing of data and/or services
Exemplary organizational, oral communication, and written communications skills
Desired Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience working Activity-based Intelligence systems/services acquisition
Familiarity with Request for Change processes, requirements and timelines
Familiarity with Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) process
Experience working Structured Observation Management or Object-based Production
Direct experience working pre-acquisition of GEOINT systems or Services
Knowledge of current or future GEOINT exploitation and reporting servicesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
