The Family-Child Advocate is a front-line position which requires an in-depth understanding of the needs of clients and all the benefits that they can receive, in order to provide the highest standard of quality care and ensure peace of mind. The successful applicant will be responsible for processing new intakes, scheduling appointments and regularly communicating with clients, as well as managing cross-referrals and promoting a multi-disciplinary approach.
Requirement
Previous experience working with children, adolescents and families.
Education
College degree desired.
