Working experience with Unix/Intel platforms, WAN, LAN and Problem & Change Management tools.
Working experience with system Monitoring tools
Working knowledge of Tivoli ITM infrastructure (TEC/TEP/TEMS) is desired. Working knowledge of Maximo tool for Problem and Change Management is desired.
Working knowledge of Tivoli Workload Scheduler is desired. DB2 and SQL skills would also be helpful.
Good working knowledge of Unix platform and ability to submit Unix commands.
Good working knowledge of Windows platform, Networking skills, Knowledge of WAN/LAN,
Strong PC skills. Ability to copy/paste and move quickly and swiftly between windows.
Strong Verbal and Written Communication. Strong Recovery Management skills.
Has previous experience working with external clients. Strong analytical skills. Quick thinker and quick learner.
Has previous experience working in an 24x7 Operations environment.
Has previous experience working a rotating shift.
Skills required are
: Ability to work a rotating shift (Days, Evenings, Nights including weekends and holidays). Strong communication. Both verbal and written. Customer facing role. Strong Problem Management skills. Ability to follow problems end to end. Previous operations experience in a 24x7 environment is desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
