Technical Project Leader, Software Development
Note: This is a Full Time Employee position with our client in Owings Mills. We are working directly with the hiring manager and have been retained by the Human Resources department to fill this position.
The Project Leader will work under the general direction of the Project Manager. The PL will work with team leads to ensure accurate and reasonable project task forecasts, resource assignments, complete project plans, etc. The PM will attend team meetings, code reviews and all things project related. They will return and report to the PM and back fill the PM in some cases.
This department develops internal custom java software solutions. They work primarily in the shared services business component layer producing mission critical applications used throughout the organization. This is not a hands-on technical role, but the individual must have come up through the developer ranks. This is a java environment so a background in java development is preferred but not required.

Keys to success for this position:
Must have strong experience in back end development
Strong previous technical developer experience
Experience developing custom code, not COTS installation/integration
Stays current with technology trends
Ability to reasonably estimate technical task complexity, resource needs and duration
Very strong MS Project experience
MS Project Sever experience strongly preferred
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business teams and able to tailor message to audience
RUP experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
8
years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of project lead experience
College degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong SDLC execution experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
