Business Systems Analyst Training Systems
2 Month Contract
Bingen, WA
In this role you:
Play a key role in the initial standup and subsequent administration of the Enterprise Learning Management System.
Work closely with the IT teams and other business stakeholders to support the implementation of the LMS for our product training team and provide on-going support to our corporate training team.
Identify and analyze options and provide recommendations for system process enhancements, improvements, and innovative solutions to meet the needs of learners.
Provide training and technical support to employees using the system and facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to ensure consistent system utilization, sharing of best practice and on-going continuous improvements in system use.
Ensure that the system is functioning properly, questions/concerns are handled, courses are uploaded and reporting is complete and accurate.
Participate on the project team that implements the selected learning management system and will assist in systematizing and documenting all relevant processes, such as content load processes, service level agreements, review cycles, escalation procedures, load calendars, troubleshooting and governance.
Support the initial development of standard reporting and metrics that we provide internally to Insitu stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Experience with Kenexa LMS system administration and content management systems
Strong systems analysis and technical systems skills.
Experience working as a project manager or consultant in learning and development.
Experience developing and implementing business processes.
Ability to handle numerous projects with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate.
Negotiating skills to build consensus on a common set of requirements from all clients and stakeholders.
Innovative, analytical and creative thinker who is comfortable researching, testing and deploying new solutions, technologies, systems and processes, with an interest in mobile and social platforms.
Proven experience and knowledge of SCORM requirements, APIs, and LRMs.
Proficiency in installing, setting up and managing new applications.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and present persuasive solutions.
Education preferred:
Bachelor's degree in related fieldEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
