Position:Instructional Design Consultant- Federal Human Capital
Required
Qualifications:
-Undergraduate or Advanced degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology preferred. Related degree fields will be considered (Human Performance, Psychology, I/O Psych, Education, etc.)
-Experience designing and developing training (computer-based, instructor-led, blended)
-An understanding of human performance
-Learning strategy development including learning technology, learning organization strategy, curriculum/competency mapping, media analysis
-Front-end analysis
-Learning evaluation
-Experience with immersive learning/gaming design
-Large scale Project Management oversight
-Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience with Human Capital Consulting across a broad range of areas (not solely in the learning/ ISD areas)
Candidate must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.
Education Requirements
Undergraduate degree (BA, BS) required
Required Work Location
Candidate will be based in our Rosslyn office and must be willing to commute daily throughout the Washington DC/VA/MD areas.
