Java Application Designer POSITION DESCRIPTION (What is the person's role/responsibilities? List specific expectations or deliverables) Working with SME's/SAs on Business requirements Preparing High Level and Low level design document Solid in technology. Will play a lead designer role in the team. Responsible to prepare the estimates in terms of time and resources. Construction and Unit Testing. Coordinating with offshore and responsible for status updates. Experience in Implementation activities. Good communication skills. Team Oriented and can work independently. Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus. ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED (What skills/experiences must this person have to even be considered?) Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Java Script, Web services, xml, WAS, JBOSS servers NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED (including team oriented, managerial skills, etc.) Team player, Strong leadership qualities, Onsite-Offshore coordination Effective communication, Client facing, Analysis and Design skills.
