This FP&A position supports Military Programs Aftermarket in the planning, analysis, and reporting of the P&L and balance sheet. Prepares financial data that measures performance to business plans, forecasts, year over year fluctuations, and areas of risk and opportunity.Brief Description of Key Job Requirements: The responsibility of this position is to provide financial analysis, council and support for Military Programs Aftermarket senior leadership. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and support monthly financial forecasting process (P&L and Balance Sheet) and annual budgeting process Support standard monthly closing process and quarterly accounting requirements Support monthly executive business reviews Provide performance reports pertaining to all aspects of the P&L and Balance Sheet including, but not limited to, sales and margin by business unit, backlog/orders, inventory, cash collections, & AR overdue Assist in Sarbanes-Oxley testing, annual ACA review and various other documentation reviews as required Perform ad hoc business and financial analysis and tasks as required by the leadership team The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, teamwork, organizational and analytical skills, and a high level of motivation
Business Unit: UTC Aerospace SystemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
