A Recruitment Delivery Manager (RDM) will act as a Recruitment Subject Matter Expert for a functional area of the client's business (such as Technology, Marketing, or Sales) and work with the recruitment teams to leverage best practices in effective low fee and no fee recruitment strategies for both current open roles and pipeline positions. This individual will provide guidance and training to the recruitment teams in Boolean search techniques, the maximization of social media channels and other search techniques. Additionally this individual will keep abreast of developments in the competitive landscape to help the recruitment teams refine their target strategies for identifying talent within the marketplace. The RDM will also ensure that robust candidate pipelines are being built and that the talent is being effectively leveraged across the functional discipline.
- Partner with the RRM and CRS team within their respective functional area of expertise to create and develop robust sourcing strategies for related open roles the area, e.g. direct sourcing out of key competitors, employee referrals, identifying target companies, networks, associations, and third party resources.
- Work with the RRMS and CRS to refine the Barclaycard compelling story for the respective functional discipline.
- Assist the RRMs and CRSs in developing an effective compelling presentation to sell the job and client company to prospective candidates
- Implement the sourcing strategy for each search, and source candidates for external job searches from, networks, associations, approved websites, direct sources, the client's database and employee referrals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship in techniques that will help the RRMs and CRSs maximize their ability to proactively network and seek out the right candidates in an expeditious and most cost effective manner.
- Train the RRMs and CRSs in Boolean search logic and other effective AIRS like skills.
- Research the competitive landscape and provide guidance to the team on the marketplace and potential target companies.
- Assist the team with diversity recruitment strategies to assist them in leveraging various diversity organizations.
- Develop strategies to ensure the functional team is leveraging and sharing candidates both who have been identified for immediate needs and who are pipelined talent.
Overall Position Experience and Skills:

Experience:
- Experience in the staffing industry (executive search) or Corporate HR Staffing
- Preferable staffing experience from contingent or retained agency environment
- Experience sourcing and qualifying a high volume of candidates
- Experience placing candidates in full time employee roles at client organizations
- Experience with client management, communication and guidance
- Experience in or knowledge of financial services /card/travel services industry
- Deep experience recruiting in specified business area such as Technology, Sales, Marketing, Corporate Functions
- Worked in a team environment that emphasized group contributions
- Some direct management experience (Leading, coaching, establishing goals and providing feedback)
- Understanding of sourcing approaches and tactics
