Description Well-established New Jersey based Community Bank is seeking a Seasoned Commercial Lender for the Philadelphia, Gloucester county and/or Camden markets. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business and generate $20mm a year in quality loans. We would prefer someone that we can set up in a Loan Production office in Collingswood, NJ. The position is focusing on a strong real estate lender with SBA and C & I lending experience a plus. The bank has a credit department to provide financial analysis support, however the candidate would be expected to do his own write-ups and analysis. The lender we are looking for is not just a loan salesman but someone who has the financial and credit experience as well. Someone who had formal credit training would be great. Prior experience from competitor i.e. TD Bank, Sun Bank, Parke Bank, Bank of America is preferred. Position Offers: A salary is commensurate with the candidates experience and expertise, 100K to 150K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
