Novus Origo is seeking is seeking a Human Resource Mentor/Facilitator with specialized experience in mentor programs, teaching leadership and management principles.
In this role the HR Mentor will design and deliver programs, training sessions live or online. The HR Mentor is required to gather and analyze requirements, and will be responsible for the development of training programs, manuals, facilitator guides, or other training aids as requested for online, self-study, web-based, and classroom mediums.
