Description This position will support Citi Cards Compliance in the execution of the Citi Cards Compliance Program and supported Compliance activities associated with Fair Lending activities of the U.S. Credit Card franchise. Incumbent will be required to identify and assess Fair Lending risks and develop plans, policies and guidelines that mitigate all Fair Lending risks. This individual will also provide compliance advisory support to Cards and related functions on area of expertise with ECOA and Regulation B. A strong working knowledge of credit card acquisition and marketing strategies is desired. The individual will regularly respond to compliance and operational questions from business partners and also interact with operations, control, legal and other functions on a regular basis and provide detailed guidance with respect to firm policies and regulatory issues. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Plan, direct, and execute credit card Fair Lending program projects, including projects to support Fair Lending testing and analytics. Plan, direct, and execute business Fair Lending program enhancement projects and provide process management support. Create and manage risk assessment processes, including developing metrics and standardized dashboards for ongoing monitoring and reporting of Fair Lending program activities across the credit card business. Manage the ongoing Fair Lending dashboard reporting for the credit card business. Develop protocolsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
