The Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator will support the Manager, Integrated Campaigns and the Director, Integrated Fundraising in the daily over sight of a best-in-class, multi-channel, national fundraising campaign.
Responsibilities/DutiesWHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE THE FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS COORDINATOR?
You will support of all direct response fundraising and marketing initiatives as required by the Integrated Fundraising team.
You will assist in the launch of a new digital advertising and TV fundraising campaign.
You will learn to analyze campaign performance and help monitor results on a regular basis.
You will build relationships across departments to facilitate speedy approval of creative and become an effective project leader.

KEY PRIORITIES INCLUDE:
Help procure, source, and archive photos and video assets for use in appeals.
Traffic creative through internal approval processes and ensure all deadlines are met, including briefs, copy, photos, design requests, landing pages, advertisements, etc.
Receive invoices and assist in the payment, coding and archiving of vendor invoices. Maintain campaign budget tracker.
Support the development of a critical new monthly fundraising program.
Other priorities as assigned by the Manager of Integrated Campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

years work experience in fundraising/development role. Relevant experience in a non-profit, military, multicultural and/or global organization preferred.
Demonstrated skills and experience with reporting and analysis; marketing campaign analysis preferred.
Ability to display and apply knowledge of basic fundraising strategies and processes.
Exceptionally organized with capability to work independently through several detail oriented tasks.
Demonstrated ability to remain organized in a fast paced environment. Ability to achieve desired results while working collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact across USO divisions, the general public and military audiences at a variety of levels with integrity and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment related to controversial and/or culturally sensitive subjects. Ability to handle confidential information with tact and poise.
Working knowledge of basic business and accounting functions including project management and budgeting.
Demonstrated initiative/self-motivation, with the ability to quickly and easily adapt to changing organizational needs.
Proficiency using computers and electronics equipment. Working knowledge of various software, applications, and programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to obtain and maintain proper credentials necessary to access USO Center locations and facilities including but not limited to security, credit and/or background screening, SOFA status, valid driver's license.
Must be a strong advocate of the USO's mission to lift the spirits of America's troops and their families.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
