Engility is in need of a Machinist in our Hollywood, MD Engineering and Fabrication office.
The Machinist will be responsible for programming, set up and operating a computer numerical control machining centers, brakes, and shears required in machine manufacturing. The Machinist must be able to load parts in machines, cycle machines, and detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools as well as possess ability to communicate well with co-workers as well as maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Level Security Clearance.
6 years of related experience
Perform typical machine shop operations
Detect and report defective materials
Must be able to perform, but not limited to the following task: milling, Turning , drilling, tapping, de-burring, sawing and sanding
Support metal working projects from planning and fabrication through assembly , inspection, and testing, using knowledge of machine functions, metal properties and mathematics
Perform inspection of machined products(including documentation of results)
Expert level blueprint reading and understanding
Must be able to use precision measuring tools
Team leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills with Engility team members and government/military customers
Efficient in AutoCADEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
