The ideal candidate will possess the following: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from an accredited College or University. A minimum of (5-7) years of Human Resources Generalist experience. Excellent written and verbally communication skills. Ability to handle a complex HR environment. Ability to plan and prioritize work. Excellent time management skills. Skill sets to include effective Leadership and Teamwork in directing our HR Activities. Working knowledge of EEO laws, unemployment, workers compensation, employee benefits, recruiting and interviewing, and employment policies. Have the ability to conduct oneself with a good sense of fairness and consistency.
