The Global IT Restaurant Systems Management team sets the strategy, standards, and provides guidance for Remote Software Deployment , Technology Monitoring , and Data Collection for over 300,000 devices in over 25,000 remote locations. This platform is built on Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft System Center Options Manager (SCOM), and custom developed tools. Although this is an individual contributor position, the role is part of a team comprised of clever, creative, and dedicated engineers. We set the strategy, standards, and provide guidance for the remote management of technology within McDonald's worldwide restaurants. Responsibilities Consult with product developers, deployment teams, support teams, and market IT teams to design solutions that follow global standards and meet business needs. Assist with the implementation of global solutions. Coordinate the highest level of support in relations to remote deployment, monitoring, and data collection. This includes identifying the root cause of tricky problems, implementing temporary solutions, and working with product teams to fix problems in future releases. Identify opportunities for improvement andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
