Lumenance, LLC is seeking qualified candidates with Sensors, CAN / J1939 and Wire Harness experience from the United States, Canada, and Mexico to join our team. Lumenance, LLC will assist in the acquisition of US work visas for individuals who are citizens of Canada or Mexico. This is a contingent engineering assignment. The assignment location is in Erie, PA, USA. Term to be between 6 mo. - 24mo. in duration.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Wire harness design including connector selection. Must be able to build harness assembly for prototype / test vehicle.
Adhere to Tollgate (Six Sigma) methodologies for product development processes of components and assembly design. (Quality/reliability/environmental specifications, etc)
Hands on required, moving large pieces of equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A citizen of Canada, Mexico, or the United States (NAFTA Professional)
Minimum of 5 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
4 year education degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or any other related technical.)
Basic automotive sensor knowledge (NOx, Knock, Thermocouple, pressure)
Knowledge of CAN / J1939 protocols.
Basic Knowledge with large diesel engines with duel fuel (diesel/LNG)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
