Job
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for President and multi-company employees
Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and travel
Maintain schedules and appointments
Provide customer support to members
Proofread, edit, and publish weekly articles and social media content
Create and send mass communications to members
Process monthly payroll with payroll provider, track PTO, and maintain timesheets in spreadsheet
Assist in updating marketing collateral
Meeting minutes
Process accounts payable, expense reports, etc in Quickbooks
Assist with quarterly member payment process
Receive and interact with incoming visitors
Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required, College Degree a plus
3-5 years of executive support or office management experience required
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Outstanding client-relation skills
Must be able to manage multiple concurrent priorities
Exceptional project management skills
Extraordinary time management and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Peachtree
Knowledge of the Investment IndustryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
