RF/RAN Project/ Program Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of diverse, medium to moderately complex technical projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost. Provide project management support involving multi carrier LTE optimization, capacity growth, 3G offload plans, and integrating alternative solutions across the market. Project Management support for creating Market Forecasts, scheduling and tracking Project Milestones/Tasks and manage project plans with deliverables. Manage large-scale engineering projects using Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project) to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner. Input, update, and manage project timelines, document hurdles / risks, and implement associated solutions to achieve completion of tasks. Coordinates any governance related activities, and ensures that identified systems; tools, databases, and data repository are updated accurately and timely, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Provides leadership and direction to the engineering team, and develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports. Work with Technical Lead / Optimization engineers to implement processes for network optimization, and provide status update to management/client on the status of the project. Lead program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis. Manage all stages of post launch optimization from site turn up, Performance Management/ Reporting, Cluster Acceptance (CLA), and multi-band tuning/optimization. Lead in the issue and management of change orders for system growth and optimization. Manage and implement system modifications to improve network performance, diagnose work flow problems, critical paths and institute remediesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
