Job Description:
The Training Lead will be responsible for the overall success of training roll-out for a licensing solution implementation. The Training Lead will lead a small team of internal and external resources in the effort to build and deploy the training curriculum including: defining the training strategy, developing the training delivery strategy, and providing leadership for the conception, design, development, deployment and maintenance of training solutions and material.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provides input and leadership guidance over the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of all training and performance support materials
Ensure the Training Strategy meets business needs and will deploy a successful training program to impacted users and key stakeholders and process owners
Define the to-be skills/knowledge requirements for the affected workforce
Define learning paths for impacted users based on job function
Design metrics to report on training deployment
Lead the execution of training design and development with an onshore and offshore team
Works with Ed Services and other business organizations for the deployment of training
Develop strategy for end user training deployment (train the trainer, other models)
Work with the broader Business Readiness team to facilitate communications to impacted users when necessary
Defines and drive the training logistics for train-the-trainer and end user training
Build and maintain a repository for deliverables, approaches, etc.
Required Skills
Experience leading the development and deployment of large system implementation training, inclusive of workflow/process training
Experience with training a salesforce or field based audience a plus
Four to eight years of technology enabled training and development experience
Certificate in instructional technology or other learning discipline a plus
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
Able to lead a training team and work collaboratively with consultants
Problem solving skills
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
