well organized and possess great organizational and communication
skills. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal
supervision. Job duties include but not limited to: Retrieve orders through EDIHandle any EDI issues that arise as orders are retrievedKey manual orders into the AS400 and maintain orders when requiredVerify inventory prior to releasing orders to the shipping departmentReview all orders on hold to release in a timely mannerUpdate various reports within the sales departmentUpdate routing guides, agreements, etc when required Must have 3-5 years Customer Service Experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and AS400.
