## Position
Summary:
The purpose of this position is to effectively coach the VillaSport Junior Swim Team and Masters Swim Program in a safe and responsible manner.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong interest in the fitness industry and aquatics
Competitive swimming background
Minimum of 1 year coaching USS competitive swim teams or summer league swim teams and 1 year instructing swim lessons
Lifeguard certification preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent physical condition
First Aid/CPR certification required prior to hire date
Position requires First Aid/CPR certification for professional rescuers
