Builds effective e-mail campaign messaging, merchandising of category pages and SEO strategy
Works with merchants and eCommerce team to work outward of twelve weeks on planning site production updates
Proofs all online copy, imagery and pricing for accuracy
Works with eCommerce merchandising software such as Websphere, ATG and Broadvision
Collaborates with buying team to assure assortment and content is reflected online with integrity and accuracy
Collaborates with content management resources to complete style guides for private label styles
Builds effective metric goals and site plans to grow the sales, margin and conversion within the site and their assigned categories.
Communicates to the buying team and eCommerce Coordinator action plans and items to increase the performance of online metrics.
Required to learn company policies and procedures.
Required to learn company safety rules.
Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - External
Associate's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience
At least two years related work experience. Two years retail store, website marketing/merchandising experience preferred
Identify trends and communicate effectively the impact
Work as a strong conduit between merchandising and eCommerce
Work with and take action on web analytics data as well as allocation and replenishment data to drive and grow eCommerce sales
Communication - effective listening, speaking, and writing
Effective analytical/problem solving and research skills
Interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Self motivated and eager to succeed
Ability to travel
Computer - strong skills in Excel, Word and Access
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job dutiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
